As a grand conclusion to my NXNE weekend I got the chance to peep Arcee & Marvel as they formed like Voltron to create the T.O. hip-hop supergroup "Covert Ops". They're talking about a new record they have in the works featuring some great producers and I'm sure some dope guest appearances... Here they gave us a taste of what their album has to offer the world, including hot new bangers produced by long time A.R. collaborator Jake One and legendary T.O. beatsmith Mr. Attic. Whatever they have in the works it should be a lyrically inclined endeavour with some hillarious moments. "Getting some texts on the late night creep? Tell her it's the homie and press delete... Yeah It's Covert Ops." That's what I'm talking about. And of course we needed a reminder of why these two are T.O. legends... two words... Super Educated... two more words.. Words Of...
