Freshjive drops their logo and focuses more on the aesthetic and style of the label, re-invention the brand. This Spring 2010 collection offers clean line up of cut & sew pieces, t-shirts, denim, fitted cap, and accessories.

Introducing the first drop of the Freshjive spring 2010 line, and along with that our new website. This is the first season that Freshjive will no longer be using it’s logo or name on any of its product, and it’s the second to last season before the completion of its aesthetic mutation.

Highlights for spring 2010: colorful oxford shirtings, clean unwashed denim in narrow silhouettes, bold madras plaid items including a jacket and short, seersucker shorts in light colors, solid color twill jeans, accessories, and of course all new controversial t shirt designs.

The more things change, the more things stay the same. Read the recent post on the World’s Got Problems blog regarding how the Obama administration is maintaining continuity with its disgraced predecessor. And pre-releasing on this upcoming Black Friday is the t shirt design, “Hope is Fading Fast”. This is actually the first item releasing without the Freshjive brand name on it. Available at Reserve on Fairfax in Los Angeles, and various boutiques worldwide. freshjive-tshirt

News hit the web a few weeks back regarding the ever "punk" streetwear pioneer Rick Klotz dropping the branding and logos on Freshjive, a line he founded 20 sum' years back. It seems people who care about these kind of things (the blogosphere and fashionista dems) seem to be intrigued and excited by the news... all in all I'm sure a lot of people are a little curious what the hell is the mo-tive. That's why that dude bobbyhundreds got up with Rick to see what was behind all this madness and what you can really expect from future Freshjive. Here's the Interview on The Hundreds Blog The final seasons of branded Freshjive goodness are hitting the stores very soon for Fall and Holiday 09 with the brand new unbranded lines on the horizon for Spring 10 and beyond...
