Paying homage to one of the most notorious beaches on the east coast Nike has designed this premium release of the Air Force Ones in honor of Jones Beach. The sneakers couldnt represent Jones Beach any better either. The upper of the Jones Beach Air Force 1 Premium uses a 3/4ths comobo of canvas and leather. The mid and front protion of the AF1 is covered in a sandy colored canvas while the heel panel makes use of premium leather in the same color. Incorporated on the leather heel panel is a laser etched seaweed design. The tongue tags includes an image of the Jones Beach Lighthouse along with Jones Beach written in blue. The heel spine sports a design of the Needle Point and the icey blue clear outsoles (which are suppose to resemble water) displays a silhouette of Long Island which can also be seen on the insoles. Our girl Kreesha has been on a roll since her August release of her debut album Passion. So... I've been somewhat of a hermit lately and haven't been going out much and therefore, not blogging. but it has been brought to my attention that a couple of people actually read this thing and want an update... i went to the Nike NSW Studio 76 party yesterday, in downtown TO, with Melissa in tow (i coaxed her into the work night event with promise of good finger foods). Nike, you know i love you, but i love snacks even more. So thanks for combining the two! There were some installations showing the new Winter Sportswear collection and the Dunk Destroyer pack... i liked the patent... i'm still unsure about the gradient (tho i liked a lot of the pieces in clothing this summer).

Snack menu (you would think that the free alcohol would be more important... but no.)

• baked/fried (?) havarti triangles... soo good
• chilli cheese fries... ew, tasted/smelled like armpits
